wedding flowers inspired by peacock feathers...

This wedding was so gorgeous! The location, the flowers, the people, the weather- it was just a perfect September day!

Brandi was inspired by the shades of a peacock feather, and we had lots of fun collaborating with her and her mom and putting these flowers together. The always-fabulous Heather Cole shot these stunning images at Mildale Farm.

This was such an amazing wedding party- you could tell they just had a total blast all day! Brandi's day had a gorgeous rustic-glam vibe, with a mix of branches, lanterns and mason jars, vibrant blooms, and crystal bling touches throughout the day!

Loved the groom's orchid boutonniere! And the bride's bouquet was just a stunner... it featured delphinium, monkey tails, roses, phalaenopsis orchid blooms, ranunculus, hydrangea, stock, and of course peacock feathers. :)

The reception (in Mildale's barn) was just stunning. In my opinion, this is the best barn venue in the KC area!

Last but not least, I have to include a couple of these amazing images from Brandi's bridal portraits (shot by the awesome Sarah Dickerson, who is so very talented at equine photography!). How beautiful and romantic are these images?
