Coral and Gray...

This was such a fun, happy wedding to work on! Kristen wanted a huge pop of color that would really stand out against a more serene backdrop of gray, and wow did it ever work perfectly!

Um, yeah... how gorgeous is she? Just stunning I tell ya, she was really such a lovely bride, and The Carters captured her beautifully. Kristen's bouquet featured calla lilies, cymbidium orchid blooms, tons of ranunculus, roses, and viburnum, with touches of vivid green geranium foliage as an accent.

A calla lily boutonniere for the groom tied in perfectly to her bouquet.

See what I mean about that gorgeous gray backdrop!?! These colors really made for a stunning combination, and what pretty bridesmaids they were...

Kristen and her mom made these charming paper flowers that hung down the aisle! Perfectly fit with this bright tropical-toned floral scheme.

Check out this cake! We really debated about putting a few touches of florals at the top, but in the end decided to let it be~ I really feel like that was the clear choice, looking at this photo, because it made an amazing statement on its own.

The centerpieces really brought the awesome space at The Lone Summit Ranch to life! We used tall square vases on some of the tables, and low rectangular vases on the others, accented at the base with various sheets of vivid scrapbook paper- this was the bride's idea and it worked perfectly for another pop of color. This is a fantastic, inexpensive idea for tables, and so easy!

Kristen, I really enjoyed working with you... you always made me feel like you trusted me and believed that I would make it beautiful! I love how these flowers turned out, and what stunning portraits to capture your day! Thanks again to Carter Photo and Design!
